摘 要:土壤酶在土壤能量转化和物质循环中具有重要作用,是土壤肥力的重要指标。土壤脲酶活性与土壤氮素转化密切相关, 可以反映土壤氮素水平,是研究较多的土壤酶之一。江苏省淮阴地区为重要的农业产区,盛产多种农产品。本文采用靛酚蓝比色法,对淮阴地区多种农田土壤脲酶开展了初步的调查研究,对了解该地区土壤特性和科学合理施肥具有一定的指导意义。调查研究结果表明:不同农田土壤脲酶活性存在显著差异,玉米和小麦两种作物土壤脲酶活性相比其他样品脲酶活性要高。68300

Abstract: Soil enzymes play an important role in energy conversion in the soil and material cycle and that is one of the important indicators of soil fertility. Soil urease activity is closely related to soil nitrogen transformation and can reflect the soil nitrogen levels. Soil urease is one of the most popular soil enzymes. As the important agricultural regions of Jiangsu, Huaiyin district is rich in a variety of agricultural products.According to the colorimetry of indophenol blue,preliminary investigations and studies of soil urease were carried out in various Huaiyin regions,which has a certain guiding significance to know the soil characteristics of the region and the scientific and reasonable fertilization methods.As is shown by the research results,the the activity of soil urease from different soils is distinct obviously.And compared to that of other samples ,the activities of soil urease from corn and wheat are higher.
