摘要磷是动植物生长发育中不可缺少的营养元素,植酸是谷类作物中磷的主要存在形式。植酸作为一种较强的螯合剂,很少是以离子的形式存在,而是结合多种金属阳离子,形成不可溶的金属盐,储存在植物中。植酸也可以与蛋白质等其他营养物质结合,降低了微量元素等物质的生物有效性和人对蛋白质等有机营养的吸收利用效率,表现出抗营养性。为了提高大麦对微量元素的利用率,提高籽粒品质,本实验通过三氯化铁比色法测定、分析126种种质大麦品系籽粒全麦粉的植酸含量以筛选出低植酸大麦。实验结果表明这126份大麦种质植酸含量分布在0。343mg/g至2。206mg/g之间,植酸含量平均值为1。447mg/g,标准偏差为0。337。本次研究将126种种质大麦品系依据植酸含量进行排序,并将植酸含量较低的前5%(取6种)品系认定为低植酸大麦,有F6-124、F6-46、F6-68、F6-87、F6-18、F6-157。这6种种质大麦品系植酸含量在0。343mg/g至0。759mg/g之间。74496
Abstract Phosphorus is nutrient, which is indispensable for the growth and the development of animal and plant。 Phytic acid is the main form of phosphorus in cereal crops。 Phytic acid as a strong chelating agent is hardly in the form of ions, but a combination of a variety of metal captions, the formation of insoluble metal salts, stored in a plant。 Phytic acid can also be combined with other nutrients such as protein, reducing the bioavailability, trace elements and other substances of human absorption of protein and organic nutrient use efficiency, exhibit anti-nutritional。 In order to improve the utilization of trace elements barley and the grain quality, in this experiment, choose ferric chloride colorimetric assay, to analysis the phytic acid content of 126 accessions of barley grain, in order to filter out low phytic acid barley。 The experimental results were analyzed and found that the phytic acid content of the 126 germplasms ranged from 0。343mg / g to 2。206mg / g, and the average of phytic acid content is about 1。447mg / g, a standard deviation of 0。337。 In this study, the 126 barley germplasms are sorted according to their content of phytic acid, and the barley which has the lowest 5% acid content is identified as low phytic acid barley, such as F6-124、F6-46、F6-68、F6-87、F6-18、F6-157。 Their content of phytic acid is between 0。343mg/g and 0。759mg/g。
