摘要樱花若用传统扦插方式繁殖难以满足需要,本实验在前人基础上对樱花的组培快繁做了进一步探究。主要研究了5个品种在相同激素组合为BA 1。0 mg/L+NAA 0。1 mg/L的MS培养基上的丛生芽诱导率、丛生芽的增殖率、平均株高及污染率等;比较了 0。5 mg/L NAA和 0。25 mg/L NAA 两种激素浓度对幼苗生根率、愈伤化率及愈伤程度的影响;探究了不同品种的苗在相同情况下的移栽情况。本实验结果对于樱花的组织培养快繁技术具有一定的参考价值。76523
实验结果表明:相同培养条件下,不同品种的樱花的丛生芽增殖率、平均株高等方面都有较大差异。其中3号品种在株高方面具有优势,1号品种在侧芽数方面具有优势,5号品种的丛生芽增殖率最高。在两种激素浓度处理下的樱花丛生芽的生根结果可以看出,0。25mg/L NAA浓度生根培养基中的丛生芽生根率较高。从不同品种的樱花之间的生根率比较可以看出,1号品种在生根率方面具有优势。移栽结果表明不同品种的樱花生根苗的移栽成活率都较低。
Abstract It is difficult to meet the market requirement If reproducing cherry by the traditional cutting way。 In this study, we further investigated the rapid propagation technology of cherry ,base on the former research。We investigated inductivity, appreciation rate, average height, contamination rate of multiple bud from five varieties on MS with 1。0 mg/L BA and 0。1 mg/L NAA。 on the study of the comparison of the influence on the rooting percentage, callus rate and the level of the callus between the concentration of hormone of 0。5 mg/L NAA and 0。25 mg/L NAA; on the study of various situations on the same condition of various breeds of seedling。 The experimental result contributes to the tissue culture technique and intermediate propagation。
The result of the experiment turns out that there are quite a bit differences of different aspects such as appreciation rate and average height of multiple bud on the same condition between different varieties。 The breed No。3 has advantages on the height, the No。1 has the most lateral bud and the appreciation rate of the No。5 is highest。 It proves that the rooting percentage is quite high under the concentration of 0。25mg/L NAA。 Besides, it confirms that the No。1 is the best at the rooting percentage。 The result of the transplant tells that the rate of survival of various cheery is quite low。
