摘要本文以家蚕真菌白僵菌作为供试菌种,考察了烷基间苯二酚( C17:0 , 5- Heptadecylresorcinol)药液的溶剂类型、料液比等对其抑制活性的影响,结果显示石 油醚:无菌水:乳化剂(3:1:1)为其最佳配制方法;在此条件下,通过微量肉汤稀释法 测定烷基间苯二酚的最小抑菌浓度范围是 20~25 μg/mL,最低杀菌浓度为 22。5 μg/mL; 通过光学显微观察测得,影响菌丝生长的药液半抑制浓度 IC50 为 7。19 μg/mL,而影响 孢子萌发的半抑制浓度 IC50 为 14。23 μg/mL;进一步研究其抑菌机理,将不同浓度烷 基间苯二酚(0,2。5,5,10,20 μg/mL)添加入 PDA 培养基,进而考察同一时期白 僵菌的生长情况,生长 5~7 天,肉眼乃至显微镜观察,颜色上并无差异,均为光滑乳 白色,菌落中央略为乳黄,并且随着一定范围内药液浓度的增高,分生孢子梗减少, 孢子产生量降低,出现分生菌丝增多并无孢子产生的现象;最后,将不同浓度烷基间 苯二酚(0,5,10,15,20,25 μg/mL)预处理白僵菌孢子悬浮液 30 min,,同时对 4 龄家蚕进行体表涂抹致病,计算得出家蚕各浓度(溶剂项,0,5,10,15,20,25 μg/mL)下的的致死率分别为 0,26。00%,43。33%,26。67%,23。33%,20。00%,6。67%。80722

Abstract Silkworm fungus muscardine was used as tested strains to investigate the effect of ARs liquid solvent type and solid-liquid ratio on the inhibition activity。The result showed that petroleum ether: sterile water: emulsifier (3:1:1) was the best preparation method。 Under these conditions, by broth dilution method testing, the minimum inhibitory concentration range of ARs was 20-25 µg/mL, and the minimal bactericidal concentration of ARs was 22。5

µg; by slide optical microscopy measuring, half inhibitory concentration IC50 of ARs liquid affecting mycelium growth was 7。19 µg, half inhibitory concentration IC50 of ARs liquid affecting spore germination was 14。23 µg; Further investigating its inhibition bacteria mechanism, added different concentration ARs ( 0, 2。5, 5, 10, 20 µg /mL) into PDA medium, then examined the growth situation of muscardine during the same period, growing for 5-7 days, by naked eye and microscope observation, had no differences in color and were smooth white, colony-central was slightly whitish-yellow and increased with ARs concentration increasing within a certain range, conidia of infarction reduced, production of spore reduced, hyphae increased and no spore produced。 Finally, different concentrations ARs (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 µg/mL) preprocessed beauveria bassiana conidia suspensions for 30 min and smudge the same fourth age silkworm surface causing disease。 The mortality rate of silkworm with the different concentration ARs was 0,26。00%,43。33%,26。67%,23。33%,20。00%,6。67%。
