摘要:玉米皮是玉米加工成淀粉过程中产生的副产品,但由于无高值化技术,大部分玉米皮利用程度比较低,造成资源浪费的同时也产生了环境污染。本论文通过发酵条件优化将玉米皮资源化产生灵芝多糖,旨在提高其利用效率。由不同比例的玉米皮和水高温蒸煮作为发酵培养基,通过单因子和响应面分析,获得了最优的发酵培养基:玉米皮浆浓度8%,葡萄糖浓度5%,蛋白胨浓度0.9%,在该发酵培养基条件下,培养基中灵芝多糖产量达到4.832±0.346g/L,相对原始发酵培养基灵芝多糖产量提高了1.54倍。这一研究结果为玉米皮发酵提供了依据。57574

Abstract: Corn husk is a kind of byproduct in maize processing cornstarch. However, there is no high-value technology, which results in resource waste and environmental pollution. In this paper, we can get ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide from corn husk by the optimization of fermentation conditions, which improves the utilization efficiency of corn husk. The fermentation medium is different proportions of corn husk and water cooking by high temperature. Then by single factor and response surface analysis, we can get the best fermentation conditions. The fermentation medium was obtained as followed: 8% corn husk pulp, 5% glucose, 0.9% peptone, the polysaccharide content increased to 4.832 ± 0.346 g/L, which was 1.54 folds to the original conditions. The result of this study provides the basis for corn husk fermentation.
