摘要:黄芩是一种沿用已久的中国传统中草药。黄芩具有清热燥湿,凉血安胎,解毒的功效。主要用来治疗温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症状。黄芩中含有的脂溶性成分黄芩苷具备很多的药理作用,在医学领域有很广泛的应用。但是由于黄芩苷的溶解性和渗透性较低,其口服制剂药效一直不理想。利用具有增溶性质的天然物质天然糖苷,我们进一步研究增强黄芩苷水溶性的方法。本研究将黄芩苷和增溶物质甜茶苷、70%甜茶苷、甜菊糖苷、JH-90四种物质分别溶解到无水乙醇的溶剂中,黄芩苷分子和增溶剂分子间形成水溶性胶束,从而使黄芩苷的水溶性增强。实验数据表明黄芩苷-增溶剂微米微粒能有效的增加药物的溶解度,减少药物的挥发和氧化等,并且提高其生物利用率,本文通过天然微米颗粒产物的办法,探讨了制备该包合物的最佳工艺条件,为天然糖苷在水溶性黄芩苷药剂的研制提供了依据。77557
