摘要 “性相近,习相远。”经过小学六年的学习,有部分初中生数学成绩明显落后于一般的学生,落后的成绩背后有着深层的原因。素质教育要求教育要面向全体学生。义务教育数学课程标准(2011年北师大版)的课程基本理念之一也是:数学课程要面向全体学生,适应学生个性发展的需要。85278
教师作为一名教育工作者,本职工作是教书育人。教师不仅要关爱成绩优秀的学生,也要对后进生倾注爱心。笔者采用了文献法通过图书馆、计算机查阅了大量关于后进生的知识,对后进生及其相关知识有了一定的了解。笔者设计了三张分别是学生自身因素、学校因素、家庭因素的问卷,对一所普通的镇中心初中的数学后进生进行问卷调查。然后,笔者通过调查统计法对问卷调查的数据进行统计,得出各个选项所占的百分比,进而分析后进生的成因。后进生的成因主要有自身因素、学校因素、家庭因素。最后,针对各原因,笔者提出相应的转化策略。
