摘 要:教师职业倦怠是教师不能顺利应对工作压力时的一种极端反应,是教师在长期压力体验下的情绪、态度和行为的衰竭状态,典型症状是工作满意度低、工作热情和兴趣的丧失以及情感的疏忽和冷漠。一般来说,教师多多少少都会存在一些心理问题。教师的职业特点和农村特有的工作环境使得农村小学教师更容易产生职业倦怠现象。造成小学教师身心疲惫甚至倦怠的主要因素有这几个方面:学校管理、社会期望、自我发展、工作负荷、学生、家长、家庭及经济状况。教师职业倦怠的结果,无论对于个人还是对于他们的工作及学生都有许多消极不利的影响。最后,提出了缓解小学教师职业倦怠的策略:提高教师的社会地位,加强学校的组织文化建设和提高教师的心理素质和自我调控能力等。38835 毕业论文关键词:小学教师: 职业倦怠:情感衰竭:去人性化:个人成就感
Elementary School Teacher’s Job Burnout Problem Analysis and Mitigation Strategies
Abstract: The burnout of teacher is an extreme reaction that teachers can not cope with the work pressure smoothly. It is a state of teacher's emotional experience, attitude and behavior of failure, whose typical symptoms of low job satisfaction is the loss of enthusiasm and interest, emotion negligence and apathy. In general, there are some psychological problems on teachers. Teachers' professional characteristics and unique working environment makes rural primary school teachers in rural areas are more prone to burnout phenomenon. Mental and physical exhaustion caused by primary school teachers and even the main factor burnout has several aspects as follow: school management, social expectations, self-development, workload, students, parents, families and the economy. The results of teacher burnout have many negative adverse effects, both for inpiduals and for their work and students. Finally, we come up with a strategy to remit the burnout of primary school teachers:To improve the social status of teachers, to strengthen the construction of organizational culture of school and the improvement of teachers' psychological quality and self - control ability.
