摘要从1999年1月8848网站的创立，到现在中国电子商务已经走过了近16个年头。随着互联网的发展，电子商务网站越发活跃，竞争也越发激烈。天猫作为国内领先的平台式B2C购物网站，自推出以来已发展成为日益成熟的中国消费者选购优质产品的目的地，是目前综合流量成本和引流成本最低的地方。随着天猫的不断壮大，人们开始对网店的运营及利润产生浓厚的兴趣，除去成本，到底利润是如何在销售过程中积累起来的。本文试图在参考目前多数商家采取的运营方案获得利润的过程中，研究随着运营能力及成熟度的增加，对利润将会产生怎样的影响，及假设一个运营成熟度与利润率之间的关系模型并通过实例验证。在运营成熟度-利润率关系模型的基础上制定更好的运营方案，提升网店效益。44271

 From 8848 sites founded in 1999 January, up to now China e-commerce has gone through nearly 16 years.With the development of the Internet, e-commerce sites more and more active, competition is more intense.Tmall as a leading platform B2C shopping website, since its launch has become increasingly mature Chinese consumers to buy quality products destination, is the comprehensive cost and minimum cost flow drainage.With the Tmall continues to grow,people began to generate strong interest in the operations and profits from the shop of the Tmall.Excluding the cost,how the profit is accumulated in the sales process in the end.This paper attempts to make a profit in the operation scheme for reference at present most businesses to take the research, with the increase of operational capability and maturity, what kind of impact on the profit will be，And suppose a  model of mature operation and profit rate and verified by examples. Based on the operational maturity - profitability model to develop better operation scheme, enhance the efficiency of the shop.
