摘 要：在“互联网+”时代，移动网络早已退去其神秘的面纱，走进千家万户，与纭纭大众融为一体。软件服务平台作为一种产业，在各行各业中都占有一席重要之位。自然地，互联网的触角也就伸进拥进百万辆之多的出租车市场。打车软件的出现，改变了传统打车方式，在大移动互联网时代下引领用户现代化的出行方式。打车软件的出现的初期，没有明显的发展，直到滴滴打车和快的打车补贴政策的推出，让打车软件的发展推向高潮。72571

本文主要通过对滴滴打车市场调查及统计和滴滴打车补贴方案的分析，了解乘客对滴滴打车的了解程度和对补贴减少的态度，及补贴方案的变化、变化的原因及后期新思路。

1  引言

2014年初，滴滴与快的掀起了天价补贴大战，之后，8月滴滴打车推出专车服务，与优步、易到用车、神州租车等开始了专车领域的“拉锯战”。这也是打车软件兴起之后，各家公司在同一个品类中首次掀起的群雄逐鹿。2015年5月，滴滴上线了快车业务，之后又上线拼车业务，再一次助燃了专车领域的战火。

随即而来的是各种补贴战，但也随着竞争格局的不断演变，各家平台的补贴方案和力度再不断调整。随着补贴的调整，各家公司获得巨额融资的信息也铺天盖地。

直至2015年下半年和2016年初，打车领域烧钱补贴似乎已不如在早期那么热烈。滴滴打车方面，补贴也逐步减少。文献综述
