摘要随着经济的发展，物质消费越来越高。在大学中越来越多的学生参加兼职工作，这已经成为一种社会文化形式存在所有的大学中。随着兼职这一现象的发展，也渐渐的出现了一系列问题。为了了解江苏科技大学体育学院体育专业的学生参加兼职工作的基本情况，参与兼职工作出现哪些问题。本文以文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对江苏科技大学体育专业的学生进行调查研究，研究结果如下：体育专业学生参与兼职的收获不多；体育专业学生参加兼职的兼职取向较少；体育专业学生参加兼职与学习的冲突；学校的管理不够；社会在对企业关于学生参加兼职情况的管理不严。通过以上结论，给予以下建议：扩大社会兼职平台对学生的教育；转变学生参加兼职工作的价值取向；协调好学生参加兼职与上课的冲突；学校应该出台相关制度尽量帮助学生扩大兼职平台；政府应该规范企业管理制度。86184

Abstract With economic development, increasing material consumption。 In a growing number of university students in part-time work, which has become a social and cultural form of all universities。 As part of the development of this phenomenon, it has gradually emerged a series of questions。 In order to understand Jiangsu University of Science and Physical Education Institute of Physical Education students participating in the basic situation of part-time work, which issues involved in part-time work appears。 In this paper, literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, Jiangsu University of Science and Physical Education students conduct research results are as follows: PE Students participate much gain part-time; part-time students to participate in sports professional part-time orientation ; PE students attend part-time conflict and learning; school management is not enough; in social enterprises on part-time students of poor management。 Through the above conclusions, given the following recommendations: expand the social work platform for the education of students; transition students to participate in part-time work value orientation; coordinate the students to participate in part-time and class conflict; schools should introduce relevant system as much as possible to help students expand part-time platform; the government should standardize enterprise management system。
