摘要排球运动是世界上三大运动之一，与篮球、足球相媲美，但是排球运动在我国的普及程度远不如足球和篮球，特别是在学校，可以看到不仅仅是学校的场地设施，还有参与活动的人数，都是足球和篮球参与者居多，参与排球运动的人数很少。在这一阶段，要大力发展排球运动，让更多的学生参与其中，使三大运动平衡发展。86438

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和实地观察法等方法对海口市龙华区部分中学的排球运动的开展现状进行调查，得出以下结论：龙华区中学体育教师学历较高但是高级职称教师较少；排球课教学方式单一；场地器材设施缺乏；主管部门没有得到重视。通过上述结论，给出以下建议：优化教师师资队伍；提高中学教师排球专业技术水平；加大资金投入，建设场地器材设施，并加强维修和管理；改变校领导的传统观念，重视对排球运动的开展。
