摘    要本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家讨论法等研究方法，通过对杭四中学生武术兴趣培养的方法与分析，寻找学生为什么对学习武术积极性不高的根本原因，并从中找到如何更简洁直接的培养运动兴趣的方法，提高学生在训练中的学习效果，达到更快更有效提高成绩的效果。研究结果为：（1）杭州第四中学学生对民族传统武术具有较高的喜爱程度，学生对武术认知的主要渠道多样。（2）学生学习武术的兴趣具有展现自我、身体运动、内心好奇和从中找到快乐。（3）杭州第四中学吴山校区领导均高度重视对学生的身体素质及各种体育课的开展，武术课前准备活动的开展不仅得到了杭州第四中学吴山校区领导的重视，同时也得到学生的认同。（4）武术兴趣培养的方法可以通过武术教学新理念培养学生学习武术兴趣，增加武术学习教学乐趣，提高武术教师业务水平，使学生养成武术锻炼的好习惯等。结论是杭四中学生对民族传统武术有正确的认识，学生对武术也很兴趣，通过对学生武术兴趣的培养能正好的发扬民族传统武术。 89679

In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert discussion method and analytic method, the method of training of Hangzhou fourth students interested in martial arts and analysis, looking for students to learn the fundamental reason why Wushu enthusiasm is not high, and how to find more concise and direct method of cultivating sports interest, improve learning the effect of students in training, to achieve faster and more effective performance enhancing effect。 The results of the study are as follows: (1) the middle school students in Hangzhou have a high degree of affection for the national traditional martial arts。 The main channel for the students in Hangzhou's Middle School of Wu mountain in the middle of the year of fourth is to watch TV and read the newspaper。 (2) students' interest in learning martial arts has the following characteristics: self - display, physical exercise, inner curiosity and happiness。 (3) the fourth middle school of Hangzhou Wushan campus leaders attach great importance to the physical quality of the students and the various sports class development, martial arts preparatory activities before class to carry out not only by the Hangzhou fourth middle school attached to Wushan campus leadership, but also by the students' identity。 (4) methods of Wushu interest cultivation are: through the new concept of martial arts teaching to cultivate students' interest in learning martial arts, martial arts teaching increase fun, improve the professional level of martial art teachers, to enable students to develop good habits of Wushu Exercise etc。。
