摘    要目的:探讨足球操作为大课间活动对小学生学习疲劳诱发的注意分散能否起到改善作用,和一般的大课间活动广播操项目相比,改善效果如何。方法:选取启源小学和景华小学二年级学生作为被试。学生早上上课前、两节课后分别进行注意集中力测试,按照大课间中进行的运动项目的不同把他们分成足球操和广播操两个组,两个组在完成大课间运动后再次进行注意集中力测试,对早上上课前与两节课后、大课间前后的注意集中力变化情况进行配对样本t检验和双因素方差分析小学生在大课间前后注意集中力的变化量差异。结果:配对样本t检验结果表明,:第一节课前相比于两节课后的一般注意集中力工作效率(t=15。56,p<0。001)和选择注意集中力工作效率(t=9。95,p<0。001)均显著下降;大课间后与两节课后的一般注意集中力工作效率(t=-16。43,p<0。001)和选择注意集中力工作效率(t=-12。11,p<0。001)均显著上升;双因素方差结果表明,足球操和广播操大课间活动前后一般注意集中力和选择注意集中力工作效率的变化量在性别和组别上均不存在显著性差异((P>0。05)。结论:两节课后学生的一般注意集中力和选择注意集中力均下降,足球操和广播操大课间活动均能改善学生的一般注意集中力和选择注意集中力,但改善效果不存在显著性差异,改善效果也不存在性别差异。89173
