摘要羽毛球运动集娱乐性、观赏性、健身性于一体,在高校体育课程中相当受欢迎。难么其在高校中的发展有存在阻碍吗?本文通过文献调查法、访谈法,以大学公体羽毛球项目为研究对象,通过对大学下沙校区公体羽毛球项目资源结构特征的调查,分析出其资源结构特征,并提出一些对策。根据调查显示大学下沙校区公体羽毛球项目资源结构特征如下:90244
1、“人”:在师资方面公体羽毛球教师在技能、年龄、职称分布上存在问题。
2、“财”:在资金方面,学校在体育方面的投入更加偏重于传统项目,如篮球、田径等。
3、“物”:公体学生对羽毛球项目需求大;学校羽毛球场地、器材存在较大不足。
4、“制度”:公体羽毛球在场地设施管理制度上不够完善;高校间没有相关信息流通制度。
通过分析总结出大学下沙校区公体羽毛球项目的资源结构特征,提出相关的改善对策,以促进其更好的发展。

Abstract Badminton is popular in college physical courses because it is entertaining, eye-catching and bodybuilding。 However, is there any obstacle in the development? This thesis will take Hangzhou Normal University’s public badminton project as research object, investigate the characters of the project’s resource structure through literature survey and interview, in order to analyze the resource structure and then put forward some countermeasures。 According to the survey, the characteristics of the resource structure of Hangzhou Normal University’s badminton project are as follows:
1。 “human resource”: problems exist in skill, age, and the distribution of professional titles of the public badminton teachers;
2。 “financial resource”: the investment in sports usually concentrates more on traditional projects, such as basketball, track and field;
3。 “material supply”: students of public physical courses have a good demand of badminton project, however, there is a huge lack of badminton field and facilities;
4。 “management system”: the management system of public badminton’s field and facilities is not complete; there is a lack of information exchange system among the colleges;
Put forward the relevant improvement methods of Hangzhou Normal University’s public badminton project through analyzing its resource structure characteristics, in order to promote the better development。
