摘    要  游泳运动作为一项深受学生喜爱的体育运动,具有较高的锻炼意义,对于学生终生体育锻炼习惯的养成和体质的改善和提高具有重要的作用,在中小学进行游泳课的落实属于中央政策的要求,可以对溺水事件发生的频率进行降低,让青少年可以度过安全、健康的青少年时期。90402

    对于目前中学生的游泳课教学现状本文采用文献资料法、专家咨询法、教学实验法、统计分析法等研究方法,在对中学生游泳课的开展教学分析的基础上,得出在中学游泳课的教学中开展最有优势的教学方法,提升游泳课的教学效果,并采用教学实验进行小范围验证。以遂昌中学游泳选修课教学研究为对象,为了使研究更具有针对性,从当前的中学体育游泳教学课程中的中学生初学者当中选30名男生为研究对象,并将其随机分成3组。第一组可以分为一般游泳教学法,第二组可以分为游泳分层教学法,第三组可以分为游戏游泳教学法,并将这三组之间人员的成绩进行相应的比较,最后才能得出主要结论有:分层教学的教学法在游泳教学中的实施是最可行的;分层教学法提高学生的技术和能力最快;分层教学法的学习效果最好。其它两种教学法各有弊端和不好。

For swimming class teaching status quo of the current middle school students this paper USES the literature material method, expert consultation method, methods of teaching experiment, mathematical statistics research methods, such as in swimming lessons for high school students, on the basis of the analysis of teaching, it is concluded that in the teaching of middle school swimming lessons in the most advantage of teaching methods, improve swimming class teaching effect, and USES the teaching experiment on a small scale test and verify。Swimming at the local high school elective courses teaching and research as the object, in order to make the research more targeted, from the current middle school sports swimming among middle school students in the course of teaching beginners to choose 30 boys as the research object, and randomly pided into 3 groups。 The first group can be pided into general swimming teaching method, the second group can be pided into swimming teaching, and the third group can be pided into games swimming teaching method, and the results of three groups of personnel between the corresponding comparison, finally to the main conclusions are as follows: the teaching method of stratification teaching in swimming teaching implementation is the most feasible; Layered teaching method to improve the students' ability of technology and the fastest; Layered teaching method of learning works best。 The other two teaching methods have shortcomings and bad。
