摘要由于传统电弧螺柱焊焊接工艺对高强高硬中碳钢和普通Q235螺柱焊接易产生未熔合、气孔、成形不良和裂纹的缺陷,本实验采用了复合热源螺柱焊接工艺和自动焊接控制系统的方法,先采用感应加热的方法将母材进行预热,预热温度达到一定程度后再进行螺柱焊接工作,从而来解决传统螺柱焊工艺的缺陷。设计试验分别对不同感应预热时间下的接头进行抗剪强度测试、显微金相分析。结果表明:对于Ø16mm和22mm的螺柱,最佳预热温度为700度;随螺柱直径增大,接头质量有下降趋势。68186

Title Automatic compound heat sources studs welding technology research
Abstract
According to the traditional manual arc studs welding process of 20mm high strength high hard medium-carbon steel with ordinary Q235 studs, is easy to get incomplete fusion, porosity, crack and forming problem, this paper put forward the compound heat source studs welding process and automatic welding system, use the induction heating method to preheating the base metal, until a certain temperature before welding, in order to solve the traditional studs welding process shortcomings. The experiment is designed to use the shear strength test and microscopic metallographic analysis to study the welding joints which was preheated in different time. Final conclusion: for Ø16mm studs, best preheating temperature is 700degree, for Ø22mm is the sam; With studs’ diameter increasing, there is a trend of decrease in the final joint quality.
