摘要本试验应用直流MIG焊接工艺焊接6mm厚的616装甲钢,保护气选用氩气和百分之五的二氧化碳混合气体,分析焊接工艺(主要包括焊接热输入、焊接速度等)对焊缝组织、力学性能等的影响。得到如下结论:焊接电流通过影响焊接热输入来影响焊缝的外观和微观组织,焊接电流越大,热输入越大,焊接熔池越大,熔池冷却速度越慢,组织晶粒较大,硬度值较小,抗拉强度小。焊接速度通过影响熔融金属的冷却速度来影响焊缝的外观和微观组织,焊接速度越大,熔池冷却速度加快,导致气体不易逸出形成气孔,焊缝边缘来不及熔化形成咬边等缺陷,组织晶粒较为细小,硬度值增大,抗拉强度大。87877
工业摄像系统采用990nm的透红外滤光片的效果最好,对焊接过程进行拍摄,更直观的观察不同焊接工艺下熔池的情况。观察得出5mm/s的焊接速度,240A的焊接电流时焊缝成形最好。且焊接速度越快,焊缝边缘的母材熔化越不充分,咬边越明显。

The system uses industrail camera 990nm through infrared filters,shoot the welding process , in order to observe bath under different welding process。Observation come welding speed of 5mm / s, when the welding current is 240A weld best。
