摘要目前,螺柱焊技术在重型车辆和装甲钢等军工领域中广泛应用,本课题针对其焊接工艺进行了研究,要求对普通螺柱与中碳调质高强钢焊接工艺参数进行优化,以得到外观成形好、焊缝组织均匀、综合性能高的焊接接头。本试验提出磁场旋弧焊工艺和外加焊剂补热工艺,以及两种工艺复合作用下的焊缝成形,为此,我们分别对其进行了焊接实验,找出每种工艺对应的最佳参数,并对焊缝进行微观组织分析,得出复合工艺下优化的各参数值。以不进行任何处理的焊接接头为对照,将其与在磁场旋弧焊接工艺下和外加焊剂补热工艺下以及两种复合焊接工艺下得到的螺柱焊接头进行对比分析,得出相应焊接工艺改进的可行性和有效性,评价机器人螺柱焊成形工艺优化结果的正确性。87871

Title Experimental research on shaping process of stud welding by robot controlling
Abstract Today,the application of stud welding in the field of heavy military vehicles and armored steel is extensive。 So,the object of this research is welding process of stud welding,requiring the welding parameters of ordinary stud welding with hardened and tempered carbon steel to be optimized,so that we can have the good appearance of weld shape,uniform weld and comprehensive high performance of welded joints。 The test proposed spin welding process under magnetic and the applied heat flux up process, as well as the role of forming a composite of several processes。To this end, we carry several welding experiments to find the best parameters corresponding to each process。And then we have the weld micro-structure analysis to the better parameters under complex process optimization。Not to carry out any treatment of welded joints, control it with the magnetic field rotation arc of welding process and under applied heat flux up process and stud welding under the two processes。And we have the comparative analysis of weld, drawing the appropriate welding process to improve the feasibility and effectiveness, and evaluate the correctness of stud welding forming process optimization results by robots。
