摘 要 本研究旨在找出制约江干区武术表演市场发展的因素,并提出相应对策。运用文献资料法、访谈、问卷调查、统计等研究方法对杭州江干区5支武术表演团队与武术现场观众进行调查与访谈等。得出市场现状如下:1、江干区表演市场对于武术表演认可度一般。2、杭州江干区现有的团队都是武术协会中具有表演职能的组织,在校的居多。其中杭师大武术协会专业水平最高。3、调查的5支团队中有80%的兼职演员,拥有运动员等级证书的演员仅有26%,对外演出产品单一,演员流动性大,技术水平参差不齐。根据以上问题提出发展策略:1、演出团队加强团队宣传,提高武术表演在江干区演出市场的认可度。2、政府政策支持建设正规团队,并建立从业人员的保障体系降低兼职率。3、提高演员技术水平,编排出符合观众需求的表演产品。90495
Abstract This study aims to find out the factors of restricting the development of martial arts performance market of Jianggan District, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures。 Applying the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire investigation, statistics, this study investigates and interviews five martial arts performance teams and the audience in Jianggan District, Hangzhou。 It is concluded that the market situation is as follows: 1, Jianggan District performance market has little recognition for martial arts performance。 2, The existing teams are in the martial artue highest professional of hangzhou normal university martial arts association in jianggan district,Hangzhou。 3, There are 80% of part-time actors within the five teams, have athlete grade certificates only 26% of actors。 Foreign performance products is single; actors have great fluidity; technical level is uneven。 Above all the questions, this study puts forward several development strategies: 1, Strengthening propaganda of the performance team , to improve the martial arts show in Jianggan District market recognition。 2, Government puts policies to support construction team, and establishs the personnel security system to reduce rate of part-time。 3, enhancing the technical levels of actors, choreograph can meet the demand of the audience the performance。
