摘要：体育竞技水平的发展体现着一个国家的综合国力。国内大学招收高水平运动员目的是智力与体能的结合，经过三十年的摸索研究，国内高校高水平运动队得到建设与发展，也取得了相应的佳绩，但是目前我国的高水平运动员的概念还处于一个初步阶段，传统而过于功利化。我国的高水平运动员在校主要任务是参加训练和比赛，其次是学习基础文化知识和生存本领,这些观念影响到国家未来的高水平运动队的发展与建设，影响高水平运动员的高等教育状况。实际上，本文通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、实地调查法、数据统计法等研究办法，对南京的优尔所高校目前对于高水平运动员的招收背景、学习与训练的矛盾、就业现状和培养模式现状等方面展开问题的调查探究和分析，提出对高水平运动员可持续发展有利的对策。28392

A Study on the Training Model of High - level Athletes in Colleges and Universities
