摘要民族传统体育是伴随着民族文明产生的一种文化形式，也是一个民族文明的缩影，具有鲜明的民族特色。近年来，民族传统体育项目越来越热，我国的很多体育类高校也都相继开设了民族传统体育的相关专业，一些普通高校也相继把民族传统体育列为体育课选修课程。我国的民族传统体育包括武术、散打、擒拿等一些对技术和身体素质要求较高的项目。学生在训练和比赛时，受伤的情况时有发生，因此研究民族传统体育专业学生的运动损伤及对策就显得格外有意义了。本文依托问卷调查，对大学民族传统体育专业的学生的运动损伤进行调查研究，并根据自身所学和导师的指导研究，提出了一些应对措施。48178

Abstract
National traditional sports is accompanied bya kind of cultural form of national civilization, national traditional sportsis a microcosm of the national culture, with distinctive ethnic characteristics. In recent years, the national traditional sports is becoming more and more hot, a lot of sports colleges in China have also set up the major of national traditional sports, some colleges and universities have also put the traditional ethnic sports as an elective course. Our traditional national sports including martial arts, and some higher requirements on the technical and physical project, students in training and competition, the injury occurred, the injury and Countermeasures of students majoring in national traditional sports is of great significance. This paper is based on the questionnaire survey, investigation and study of sports injury of national traditional sports of normal university students, and puts forward some measures to deal with.

1.前 言
民族传统体育是民族文化的重要组成部分，也是一种具有明显民族特色的文化活动，同时也是民族文化历史的重要反映；民族传统体育的发展同时也促进民族文明的发展[1]。民族传统体育活动带有强烈的民族色彩，是民族文化形态的重要表现，民族体育的形式具有鲜明的地域特色，不同民族的体育文化具有一定的相通性，但是大部分还是各有特色，主要表现各民族的特色。民族传统体育具有明显的民族肢体语言特征，这也是民族传统体育传承的一个重要因素[2]。
