    摘要在羽毛球运动中出现运动损伤,而不知如何去康复和预防,轻则影响羽毛球爱好者学习羽毛球的积极性,重则会影响到羽毛球爱好者的学习和日常生活。因此,研究高校羽毛球爱好者运动损伤与对策具有一定意义。

    本文采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法对杭州师范大学、浙江财经大学、浙江经贸学院、浙江工商大学(两年以上)在校的羽毛球爱好者的进行调查,对羽毛球球爱好者的损伤情况、产生的原因及如何预防进行了探讨,结论如下:

    1、数据表明羽毛球运动中造成运动损伤部位主要体现膝关节、手腕关节和踝关节;损伤类型表现在急性损伤和慢性损伤,表现在擦伤,关节韧带拉伤以及劳损。52717

    2、羽毛球运动中男性损伤多于女性;损伤主要是以急性损伤为主,损伤的原因主要集中在思想重视程度不够,准备活动不充分,技术动作不正确,场地器材不标准等相关因素。

    3、提出做好充分的、正确的准备活动;选择适合的场地和运动器材;掌握正确的羽毛球技术,选择科学的训练方法;加强关节的训练,同时要加强前臂肌肉群的力量和伸展性练习,是预防高校羽毛球爱好者出现损伤的关键。

     Abstract

    In badminton sport injury, and I do not know how to rehabilitation and prevention, light will influence the enthusiasm of learning badminton enthusiasts, will affect the badminton enthusiasts to study and daily life. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the sports injury and Countermeasures of badminton lovers in Colleges and universities.

    In this paper, the literature data method, questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the Hangzhou Normal University, Zhejiang University of Finance and economics, Zhejiang Economic and Trade College, Zhejiang University of Commerce and industry (more than two years) in the school badminton, badminton enthusiasts to damage, causes and how to prevent it are discussed. The conclusions are as follows:

    1,The data show that the damage caused by movement part of the badminton movement is mainly reflected in the knee, wrist and ankle; type of injury in acute injury and chronic injury, manifested in bruises, joint ligament sprain and strain.

    2, badminton damaging men more than women; damage is mainly dominated by acute injury, causes of injury mainly concentrated in thinking is not enough emphasis, insufficient preparation and correct technical movement, venues and equipment standards, and other related factors.

    3, proposed do full and correct preparation; select suitable venues and sports equipment; grasp the correct badminton technology, selection of scientific training methods; strengthen the joint training, at the same time to strengthen the strength of the muscles of the forearm and stretching exercises to prevent injury of college badminton enthusiasts.
