摘要:通过查阅相干文献材料和研究论述,发现针对市区健身俱乐部健美操教练员员职业素质、继续教育等现状的研究屈指可数,这为本文开展后续研究提供了良好的机会。因此,本文以市区八家具有一定规模的健身俱乐部中的健美操教练员为研究对象,通过实地走访、问卷调查和数据整理分析等方法,参阅与本文相关的文献材料,分析市区健身俱乐部市场发展的情况,健美操教练员的基本素养、创新能力等职业素质,明确了健美操教练员对健身俱乐部发展的促进作用,点明了市区健美操教练员在指导过程中存在的问题。79323
结果表明,市区健美操教练员市场需求大、高校体育专业在校生的健美操教练员的流动性强、缺乏系统的专业培训、健身俱乐部对健美操教练员的从业资格没有严格把关等现状。
针对目前市区健美操教练员的现状和存在的问题,本文提出“校企合作",健全等级培训体系,完善管理制度,建议高校健美操课程参照健身俱乐部的健美操课程体系进行改造,加大对健美操的市场宣传力度,激励全民参与健身。

City Investigation And Analysis of The Status Quo of Health Club Aerobics Coaches
Abstreact : Through consulting relevant literature material and research, this paper found in zhoukou city health club aerobics coach member professional quality, continuing education, the status quo of research are numbered, this provides a good opportunity for this paper to carry out the follow-up study。 Therefore, this article in zhoukou city at eight in the health club aerobics coaches of a certain scale as the research object, through field visits, questionnaires and data analysis and other methods, refer to and the related literature material, this paper analysis of zhoukou city fitness club market development situation, aerobics basic literacy and innovation ability of the coaches and other professional quality, has been clear about the aerobics coaches to promote fitness club development, and point out the zhoukou city aerobics coaches in guiding the problems existing in the process。
The results show that zhoukou city gymnastics coaches big market demand, university sports professional students of aerobics coaches liquid, lack of professional training, fitness club aerobics coach qualifications are not strictly controlled, such as the status quo。
In light of the present condition of the zhoukou city gymnastics coaches and the existing problems, this paper puts forward "university-enterprise cooperation", improve the level of training system, perfect management system, and suggested that colleges and universities aerobics course consult health club aerobics course system reform, increase market propaganda of aerobics, motivating the whole people to participate in an exercise。
