摘    要网球产业属于我国体育产业的重要组成部分，但是与网球产业高度发展的世界发达国家相比，中国的网球产业表现出起步晚，发展不成熟等等一系列薄弱点。杭州是一座政治、经济、文化齐头并进发展的城市，其商业网球俱乐部已经达到一定的水准，但与发展已较成熟的西方国家的网球场馆相比，杭州市网球俱乐部的发展仍处起步阶段。本研究通过问卷调查法、专家访谈法等对杭州市商业网球俱乐部的管理者、教练员、俱乐部会员进行调查研究；接着提炼出杭州市商业网球俱乐部运行中存在的问题；最后针对出现的问题提出本研究的相关对策，为杭州市商业网球俱乐部更好的运行提供一定的借鉴意义。88417

本研究认为：杭州市商业网球俱乐部的发展环境良好；俱乐部网球场地数量较充裕；长期会员数量较多等等。但也存在着一定的问题，具体表现为：运行模式单一；价格定位较高；网球参与群体各方面不均衡性；网球教练员专业水平较低等等。针对出现的问题提出本研究建议，具体表现为：完善俱乐部人才队伍建设，积极开展商业活动；降低收费标准和加强网球运动宣传；加强俱乐部内部管理。
