摘    要在我省的体育运动发展过程中，羽毛球运动已经成为人们最喜欢的运动项目之一。青少年羽毛球训练的探讨和研究，对杭州市羽毛球后备人才的培养和发展有着深远影响，甚至直接影响着羽毛球项目发展的实力与后劲。本文对杭州市青少年活动中心的青少年羽毛球训练者为调查对象，做了详细调查，并且获得了真实而详尽的资料，通过研究和调查分析数据，旨在掌握和了解杭州市青少年羽毛球的训练发展现状，对其进行探析，并找出相应对策，为杭州市青少年羽毛球的健康持续、合理发展提出可行性的建议和意见。在文章撰写的过程中，采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法，得出以下结论：杭州市青少年活动中的羽毛球培训形式相对较为单一，在多元化的培养机制中还需要不断加强。88818

场地中设备和经费方面的现状是：场地设备条件良好，训练场地数量比较充足。训练比赛的经费主要来自政府拨款，训练缴费，经费来源相对较为单一，但总体培养经费相对来说较为充足。在教练员方面中，优势在于整体学历水平相对较高，个别教练具有高水平运动队的经历，从事羽毛球运动时间比较长，运动经验相对丰富。但是劣势在于年龄结构不合理，年轻教练员居多，年龄趋于年轻化，带队经验相对不足。
