摘要 在短跑项目中,好的途中跑放松技术对运动员成绩有相当重要的影响。本文从青少年短跑运动员中对放松技术生理特征、解剖特征和心理特征方面进行分析,从而达到全身动作协调和肌肉放松,使动作完成的有效率和省力。许多体育教师和基层教练员一味追求素质能力的提高,不重视运动员跑的基本技术,特别忽略了放松技术的训练和手段,从而导致运动员跑时紧张,动作幅度小、肌肉僵硬、灵敏及协调性降低,导致技术变形等问题。所以提出了对短跑放松技术有效的训练方法和手段,通过文献资料的搜集和短跑有关联的身体素质指标,并对8名短跑选手为研究对象进行6个月的实验对照研究,结果显示运动员运用改进后的训练方法并掌握放松技术成绩有明显的提高,达到了提高短跑运动员专项成绩的目。88970

Abstract In the sprint events, run well on the way to relax technology has important effect on performance athletes。 This article from teenagers Sprinter in the physiological characteristics, anatomical characteristics of relaxation techniques and psychological characteristics is analyzed, so as to achieve the whole body movement coordination and muscle relaxation, make action to complete the efficient and energy saving。 Many sports teachers and coaches at the grass-roots level devotion to quality and ability enhancement, do not take the basic technology of athletes run special ignores training and means of relaxation technique, which can lead to tension, when athletes run movement range small, muscle stiffness, agility and coordination to reduce, lead to deformation of technology and other issues。 Therefore proposed to the sprint relaxation technique and effective training methods and means, through the literature collection and sprint associated with physical quality index, and eight sprinters as the research object is 6 months of experimental study, the results show that athletes with the improved training method and grasp relaxation technique achievement has obvious increase, to improve sprinter special scores。
