摘要竞技太极拳是现代竞技武术的一部分,竞技太极拳成套动作中包含着难度动作。太极拳外摆莲360°接提膝独立(324B+3)是竞技太极拳套路难度动作之一,笔者运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对50名国家优秀运动员的训练状况进行分析,得出太极拳外摆莲360°接提膝独立(324B+3)难度动作训练方法存在难度理论知识的忽视、难度技术环节训练的缺失和身体素质训练中核心力量训练的忽视等三方面不足。针对其不足提出在训练中要加强理论知识的学习、完善难度技术环节的训练和增加身体素质训练中核心力量的练习这三点建议,以提高太极拳(324B+3)难度动作的成功率。88420
