摘要随着人民生活水平的不断提高以及我国医学技术的迅速发展,人口老龄化问题依然成为社会各界广泛关注的全球性社会问题,而越来越多的人开始投身体育锻炼,关注自身健康,期望通过体育锻炼与简单有效的运动实现来促进身体健康。由于太极运动可以大大帮助老年人的修身养性,加上太极拳不需要占据太多的场地,是一项不太剧烈的运动且相对安全,在家也能练习,使得太极拳运动在老年人群体中流行。本文则以老年人为研究对象,通过问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法等研究方法,分析太极拳对老年人身体健康的促进作用,发掘太极拳养生所蕴含的文化内涵、固有的价值特征,同时能够给广大太极拳爱好者提供一些合理建议和科学有效的锻炼方法。72157
With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and the rapid development of medical technology in our country,the problem of population aging has become a global social problem which is widely concerned by all circles of society,and more and more people begin to take part in physical exercise, pay attention to their own health,hopes to promote physical health through physical exercise and simple and effective exercise。The Tai Chi exercise can greatly help the elderly self-cultivation,and Tai Chi does not need to occupy too much space,is a less strenuous exercise and is relatively safe, at home can also practice,make the Tai Chi be popular in the elderly population。In this paper, the research object of the aged,by means of questionnaire survey, interview and mathematical statistics, the research methods,analysis of the promotion of Tai Chi on the health of the elderly,regimen,the cultural connotation and intrinsic value of Tai Chi ,at the same time to give the majority of Tai Chi enthusiasts to provide some reasonable suggestions and scientific and effective training methods。
