摘要本论文研究通过问卷调查的形式对杭州市文龙巷小学羽毛球训练队发展现状展开调查研究，主要从杭州市文龙巷小学羽毛球队近五年比赛所得名次的情况、训练场地与设施的现状、小学球队运动员选材方式、以及教练员综合素质和学校领导与家长重视程度开展调查,72155

在调查中发现杭州文龙巷小学羽毛球队，在近5年的大型比赛中，成绩出现下滑趋势；学生运动员选材方面拥有自己独特的选材标准不够科学，不够全面；训练设施较差等方面的额问题。提出加强强教练员的培训与管理；提高选材的科学性与全面性；加大对场地设施的投资力度等方面的对策。为杭州市文龙巷小学羽毛球队健康良性发展提供切实可行的建议和有力的理论支持，为体育传统学校训练队的发展提供客观的理论依据。

Abstract This paper through the form of questionnaire survey of Hangzhou City, the Dragon Lane Primary school badminton training team development situation unfolding investigation and study, mainly from the status quo of Hangzhou City, the Dragon Lane Primary school badminton team nearly five years game income ranking, training venues and facilities, primary material team athletes, and coaches and school leaders and parents emphasis to carry out the investigationIn the survey found that Hangzhou Wen long lane primary school badminton team, in nearly five years of major competitions, the results show a decreasing trend; student athletes have their own unique material standards is not scientific, not comprehensive enough; training facilities, such as poor amount。 Put forward to strengthen the training and management of strong coaches; improve the scientific and comprehensive selection of materials; increase the investment of venues and facilities, and other aspects of the countermeasures。 Provide practical suggestions and strong theoretical support for the healthy development of the badminton team in Hangzhou City, and provide objective theoretical basis for the development of the sports traditional school training team。
