摘要： 青少年是国家未来发展的希望，在普及学生体质基础上，学校还存在体质弱势群体，它是学校体育的特殊教育对象，面对这一特殊群体进行调查分析，并在这一基础上提出有效的干预政策，希望能全面提升高中生的身体素质、提高高中生体质健康测试的合格率。因此，本研究采用文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，以常州市四所高中为实验学校为例进行分析，其中分别对体质测试不及格群体、体质弱势群体学生体育健康促进的影响因素、体质弱势群体学生主观影响因素、体质弱势群体学生客观影响、体质弱势群体学生营养状况因素、体质弱势群体学生睡眠等因素进行分析研究，结果显示：部分学生体育锻炼没有侧重点；女生对体育锻炼兴趣不浓厚；体育锻炼时间不充分，没有活动氛围；学生先天因素以及自身习惯对体育锻炼的影响。探究常州市区学校高中生体质弱势群体的现状并提出干预政策，希望能对这一群体在以后能形成良好的体育生活方式有所帮助。80279
