摘要:针对电子行业中ESD(ElectronicStaticDischarge),即静电放电对电子生产行业的危害,静电放电是一种常见的自然现象,它对电子元件、电子产品生产制造、组装的危害所造成的损失是不可估计的,本文针对此问题以及电子生产中ESD防护缺失的问题,设计了此ESD预防系统,其主要功能是实时对生产线上的人员的防静电手环端的电压来监控人员在防静电措施上是否违规操作,预防静电的产生以及能够及时消除人体产生的静电。
ESD预防系统主要是以是以单片机为核心来完成控制。系统采用上、下位机通讯的方式实施实时的监控,其主要硬件部分包括电压数据采集的A/D转换器、放大器、主控制器、显示器、报警器、RS232串口等组成,A/D转换器主是用于对静电环的电压采集转换,放大器主要是对采集电压的放大,显示器会同步显示当前采集的电压,有利于操作人员能够准确的判断此工作点静电环的实际状况,报警器会在操作人员出现违规操作或静电环出现异常时进行实时报警,RS232是实现上位机与下位机实时通讯,下位机不断地对工作点进行检测和监控,并将数据上传PC机,当电位高或人员违规操作时蜂鸣器进行报警时,以便管理者及时采取相应的措施。
