摘要基音频率是语音信号最重要的参数之一，它描述了语音激励源的一个重要特征。基音频率信息在多个领域有着广泛的应用,如：语音识别、语音分析与综合等，所以，基音的提取和估计对汉语更是一个十分重要的问题。而传统的基音频率检测方法则或多或少地有着影响基频检测准确度方面的问题。对此，我们需要开发更为有效而合理的方法。本文里我们采用一种基于系踪经验模式算法，通过将语音信号分解为一组固有模态函数并从中提取合适的固有模态函数来进行基频检测，并通过实际仿真来对其可行性进行检验。67194

Title    A Fundamental Frequency Estimator Based on EEMD for Chinese Speech Detection                   

Abstract The fundamental frequency is one of the most important parameter of the voice signal, which describes an important feature -the speech excitation source. The fundamental frequency information is widely used in many fields, such as: speech recognition, speech analysis and synthesis, etc. So, pitch extraction and estimates of Chinese is a very important issue. The traditional method for the detection of the fundamental frequency has a more or less affect the fundamental aspects of the detection accuracy. In this regard, we need to develop more effective and reasonable approach. This paper we use a EEMD-based algorithms for fundamental frequency detection method and through practical simulations to test its feasibility
