摘要近年来,人工磁导体这一新型材料在国内外都引起了广泛的关注。该结构用 于提高射频设备性能,广泛应用在天线结构当中。
本论文从 AMC 结构的反射相位原理出发,研究了 AMC 单元贴片的性能和各 项参数对性能的影响,并针对加工工艺精度的限制,设计了应用于 3mm 波段的 双层 AMC 结构,并将用于 3mm 波段的微带天线单元设计中,结果表明加载了 人工磁导体结构后对带宽和增益有明显的提高。与其他介质参数相同的未加载 AMC 结构的微带天线相比,带宽增加了 23.9%,增益增加了 1.7dB。在此基础上, 探讨了介质基板尺寸,天线尺寸和馈电位置等不同参数对微带天线性能的影响, 从而得到了天线的最优设计。68435

Title 3mm LTCC Antenna Array with Artificial Magnetic Conductor
Abstract
In recent years, artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) has a wide range of application. This kind of structure has been used into application of antenna arrays because of simply structure and high efficiency.
First of all, the theory of AMC reflection phase characteristic is proposed. Then, the research focuses on properties of AMC unit cell, and investigates different parameters affection on AMC structure. Furthermore, to satisfy the restriction of procession technique, one layer of dielectric substrate is replaced by the double layer AMC structure to reach high-gain on 3mm working band. The results reveal that AMC structure has the advantage of improving antenna band and gain. Comparing to original antenna, the bandwidth of the one with AMC structure has increased by 23.9%, and gain has increased by 1.7dB. Besides, the investigation of parameters has been discussed, including size of substrate, size of antenna patch and the position of feed point.
