摘要:随着科技的不断进步,现代通信技术对设备的要求愈来愈高,高性能、小型化、高度集成和低成本已然成为未来微波射频领域发展的前进方向。对于微波滤波器这一重要的射频元器件的要求也同样如此。而基于L T C C技术的多层微波滤波器正好满足了这些需求,逐渐成为了微波元器件研究的热点之一。68590
本文首先介绍了L T C C技术的发展历程以及具有的优缺点,简单地梳理了L T C C的工艺流程。然后介绍了滤波器相关知识,包括滤波器的发展状况与性能要求,滤波器的类型及技术指标,介绍了低通原型滤波器并考虑了如何在低通原型滤波器的基础上实现频率变换。最后进一步分析L T C C滤波器的设计,简单介绍了L T C C滤波器一般的实现方法,以带状线型滤波器为例,详细介绍了此类滤波器的基本理论以及设计方法,并通过微波射频仿真软件HFSS设计了一个中心频率为1.3GHz的四级带状线带通滤波器和一个中心频率为3.8GHz的六级带通滤波器。经过优化仿真,得到了满足性能要求的两个L T C C滤波器。其中,四级带状线带通滤波器的中心频率为1.3GHz,体积为3.23mm×4.53mm×1.53mm,插入损耗最小值为1.3dB,驻波比小于1.4。六级带状线带通滤波器滤波器的中心频率为3.8GHz,体积为4.83mm×4.23mm×1.53mm,插入损耗最小值为1.6dB,驻波比小于1.1。

Title The Research of Miniaturized Microwave Filters
Abstract
With the continuous progress of technology, modern communication technology has increasingly demand for high-level equipment, high performance, miniaturization, high integration and low cost have become the forward direction of equipment in microwave radio frequency field. The situation of the microwave filter as one of the essential components in microwave module is the same case. Multilayer microwave filter which is based on the LTCC technology meets the these requirement and is becoming one of the hot research fields.
This paper firstly introduces the development course, the specific advantages and disadvantages of the LTCC technology and the process flow of TLCC simply. Next ,starting with the stripline filters, we analyze filter development, requirement ,filter types and technical indexes step by step .Also, the prototype of low pass filter and how to achieve frequency transformation was introduce.
The last step is to introduce the design of LTCC filter and the general realization methods. The basic theory and design approaches of LTCC filters by using banded stripline was shown. Two band pass filters with center frequencies of 1.3GHz and 3.8GHz were optimized and simulated by the EM simulation software HFSS to get the LTCC filters which satisfy specification requirements.
The center frequency of the four order filter is 1.3GHz.The overall size of it is 3.23mm×4.53mm×1.53mm.The minimum value of insertion loss is 1.3dB and the VSWR is less than 1.4.The center frequency of the six order filter is 3.8GHz.The overall size of it is 4.83mm×4.23mm×1.53mm.The minimum value of Insertion loss is 1.6dB and the VSWR is less than 1.1.
