摘要随着信息技术的发展,通信频段逐渐提升,带阻滤波器的作用在微波电路中的作用越 来越不可替代。微带 UIR 带阻滤波器和 SIR 带阻滤波器具有性能高、尺寸小、重量轻、成 本低,是符合通信终端设备小型化发展需求的滤波器之一。本文首先研究了 UIR 带阻滤 波器和 SIR 带阻滤波器的基本原理和设计方法;然后通过 ADS 软件对这两种滤波器进行 了仿真设计,并根据仿真结果,在体积方面对这两种滤波器的优劣进行了对比;另外使用 HFSS 软件对 UIR 带阻滤波器进行了仿真设计。最终分别设计出中心频率为 2。5GHz,阻带 宽度 300MHz,阻带衰减大于 60dB 的 UIR 带阻滤波器和 SIR 带阻滤波器,并得出在滤波器 设计指标相同时,SIR 带阻滤波器的最小体积比 UIR 带阻滤波器小的结论。 76109

Title Design of Microstrip Band-Stop Filter
Abstract With the development of information technology, the communication frequency band is gradually improved, and the role of band stop filter in microwave circuit is becoming more and more irreplaceable。 Microstrip UIR band-stop filter and SIR band-stop filter with high performance, small size, light weight, low cost, meet the requirement of miniaturization of communication terminal equipment。 In this paper, the basic principle and design methods of the UIR band-stop filter and SIR band-stop filter are firstly studied。 Then, these two filters were designed and simulated through the ADS software, and the pros and cons of them in terms of size were compared according to the simulation results。 In addition, a UIR band-stop filter was designed and simulated through the HFSS software。 Finally, a UIR band-stop filter and an SIR band-stop filter were designed, whose center frequency is 2。5GHz, stop-band width is 300MHz, stop- band attenuation greater than 60dB, and a conclusion was drawn that the minimum size of the SIR band stop filter is smaller than that of the UIR band stop filter in the same filter design index。
