摘要微波移相器是一种能够改变微波相位的二端口器件,移相器广泛应用于卫星通信、相控阵天线等领域。但传统的微波移相器重量大、体积笨重、损耗大、难以集成,因而难以适应当前微波电路小型化、集成化的新趋势。本文基于可重构缺损微带结构设计新型微带移相器,对微带移相器小型化进行了深入研究并将新型移相器用于四元相控阵天线,本文的具体内容如下:
1。本文对Can Ding,Y。 JayGuo和Pei-YuanQin三位学者设计的微带移相器进行了研究,该移相器采用了微带缺损结构使用锥形微带过渡线连接,能以较低的插入损耗实现45°的相移。
2。在前人设计的基础上去除锥形过渡线,对可重构缺损结构微带移相器进行紧凑设计改进,设计移相器级联实现更大范围的相移。80523
3。设计了3dB wilkinson功分器和矩形微带天线,将设计的新型微带移相器用于四元相控阵天线。并进行实物的制作和测试验证移相器是否达标,测试结果表明新型微带移相器达到了设计要求。

Abstract
Microwave phase shifter is a kind to be able to change the phase of microwave two port device, phase shifter is widely used in satellite communications, the field of phased array antenna。 But the traditional microwave phase shifter is the weight of a large, bulky, the loss is large, difficult to integrate, therefore it is difficult to meet the current microwave circuit miniaturization, integrated the new trend。 This paper based on the reconstruction of defect of microstrip structure design of new microstrip phase shifters, the miniaturization of microstrip phase shifter for the in-depth study and new phase shifter for four element phased array antenna, the specific content of this paper are as follows:
1。This paper can Ding, y。 JayGuo and Pei-YuanQin the three scholars have designed microstrip phase shifter is studied, the phase shifter the defect structure of microstrip tapered microstrip transition line is used to connect, realize 11。25 degrees, 22。5 degrees, 45 degrees phase shift。
2。 In addition to the previous design based on the tapered transition line, the reconstruction of the defect structure microstrip phase shifter to improve the compact design, design phase shifter in series to achieve a larger range of phase shift。
