摘要产品的质量会直接影响着它的使用安全性,由于船舶行业的快速发展及激烈竞争 对船用产品质量的要求越来越高,研究质量管理信息系统有着及其重要的实际意义。
产品质量分析是从影响质量的每个方面来判断产品的质量水平,进而发现影响质 量的主要原因,然后提出改进措施并且有效指导的工作过程;产品质量分析可以从最 终的结果分析出各环节的质量问题,从而采取措施让质量管理做到更好,可以从中客 观显示质量管理的综合水平。本课题主要是研究产品质量信息数据,并对产品质量的 可靠性、维修性、测试性、经济性、安全性等方面进一步做出分析。用ACCESS数据 库来创建质量管理系统,通过数据库查询语言SQL来操作数据。本课题针对ACCESS 数据库,利用Database conection与LabVIEW建立连接,通过对质量信息的采集和数据 的处理分析,来设计一个船用产品质量信息管理系统,并能够实现用户管理、数据管 理以及可靠性分析、维修性分析、经济性分析等功能。77828
