摘要针对工业生产过程中过多的生产设备所造成的数据沉积,使得企业在面对如何采集、储存以及计算上有着很多难以实现的困难。本论文首先深入探讨了其课题的研究意义并结合了国内外目前已经有人做过的研究进行分析和探索,并以此为基础,提出了OPC技术对光信号采集和测量系统的解决方案。81679
其次,论文阐述了在实际生产过程中以OPC技术规范和OPC数据访问为基准的研究现状,结合对实际生产中PLC数据采集的类型、PLC传递的数据流以及对应求得的目标值的研究与分析,讨论了基于OPC技术的光信号采集与处理系统的关键技术:基于OPC技术的与现场PLC的光信号数据采集的研究、测得数据与OPC系统交流计算的技术研究。
最后,论文在构建基于OPC技术的光信号采集交互系统的概念模型基础上,运用LabVIEW软件来构建基本的框架结构,并开发基于OPC技术的光信号采集交互系统。

Finally, based on the construction based on OPC Technology of optical signal acquisition interaction system model based on the concept, using LabVIEW software to construct the basic framework of the structure, and development based on OPC technology optical signal acquisition interaction system。
