摘要随着复杂流场在各个领域中的广泛存在,流场诊断技术显得愈发重要。本文首先分析比较了目前用于流场检测的各项技术,发现光学测量方法中的莫尔层析技术既可实现对流场中参数的定量测量,又可以获得流场的全场显示,并且具有较大的测量范围,在同类方法中更具优势。本文在研究莫尔层析基础上,利用光栅设计新的莫尔偏折光路,从标量衍射理论出发分析莫尔条纹的形成过程,对系统中产生的条纹图进行理论上的推导,并得出各条纹图相应的光场强度分布的表达式,然后分析得到各个条纹图之间的空间相移特性。再由具体的光强公式设计出四步相移算法和六步相移算法,实现了相位信息的提取。最后利用软件模拟仿真,验证了所提出的算法的可行性,也验证了基于空间相移的莫尔层析技术在流场诊断中的可行性。81752

Title Study on spatial phase-shift technology of Moiré tomography based on scalar diffraction theory
Abstract
With the widespread presence of complex flow field, the flow field diagnosis technology is becoming more and more important。 In this paper, we first analyze and compares the technique for detecting the flow field and found moiré tomography not only can get quantitative measurement of the flow field parameters, but also can achieve whole full-field display, which indicates moiré tomography is more competitive with respect to other optical methods for flow field diagnosing。 According to the scalar diffraction theory, we design moiré deflected light path with gratings to analysis the forming process of moiré fringe, draw the appropriate expression of optical field intensity distribution for each fringe pattern, and analyze the spatial phase shift characteristics of the fringe pattern。 Then, according to the light field intensity formula, a four-step phase-shifting algorithm and the six-step phase-shifting algorithm is designed respectively, to extract the phase information。 Finally, software simulation is used to verify the feasibility of the proposed algorithm, and verify the feasibility of the space phase shift and moiré tomography in the diagnosis of the flow field。
