摘    要宋代是古代纸币行用最典型的时期，其商品经济的发展和繁荣是中国古代历史上的一颗“明星”。货币在繁荣的经济中得到了充分的体现，那就是“纸币”的产生和发展。本文将重点放在南宋的地方性纸币领域，以两淮交子为研究对象。本文论述小流域的货币，运用相关金融学知识分析南宋小流域纸币的发行、流通和存在的合理性；其次，运用区域经济学的相关理论，对南宋小流域纸币在下层百姓中的流通情况进行理论分析。文章分为三个部分：88595

第一部分主要阐述两淮地区整体环境，从其地域、经济、军事入手，结合南宋整体的社会环境，从地理背景、社会背景、政治背景、经济背景等方面，探讨论证淮交存在的合理性，从中可以得出南宋地区性纸币的发行是它们与南宋社会现实协调下的一种产物。

第二部分论述淮交发行的情况及其特点，主要从发行时间、发行界制、发行数量、面额、发行状况等分别对淮交作整体分析；

    第三部分从纸币的使用情况入手，探究分析淮交在下层百姓中的流通现状，从下层民众的视角入手，展现南宋两淮地区经济发展的兴衰和政府货币作为密切相关，对现代社会的货币政策和管理发行有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract

Period of the song dynasty is the most typical use of paper money。Commodity economic prosperity and development of song dynasty in Chinese history is of great significance。The emergence and development of the paper money are fully reflected in the prosperous economy。This article will focus on local notes areas of the southern song dynasty, in huaibei jiaozi, as the research object。Article discusses the currency of small watershed, using relevant knowledge of finance analysis of the southern song dynasty the issue of paper money, circulation and the rationality of the existence of small watershed。Secondly, on the theory of regional economics, the southern song dynasty watershed paper through theoretical analysis, the current situation of the lower people hopes for a breakthrough and innovation。The article is pided into three parts:
