摘要在介绍了非牛顿流体的应用价值和意义,掌握其基本的本构关系的前提下,主要利用数值方法研究了封闭系统内非牛顿流体中幂律流体的流动与换热特征,较系统地研究分析了不同的本构关系、边界条件等因素对流动的影响。19290
本文基于 FLUENT6.3 中自然对流及传热模型,主要通过改变非牛顿幂律流体的流变指数 n 值进行数值模拟计算,得到了其不同本构关系、长宽比和其他边界条件下流场的速度及温度分布,讨论了相关无量纲数之间的关系,通过对比分析了不同情况下非牛顿流体在封闭方腔内自然对流的流动现象,总结了各因素对其流动换热产生的影响,探究了其换热规律输运现象和换热特征。

Title Heat Transfer Characteristics of Non-Newtonian Fluid
in a Closed System
Abstract
The application value and significance of non-Newtonian fluid is
introduced and the flow and heat transfer characteristics of power law
fluid within a closed system is mainly studied in this paper. The influence
of the flow under different constitutive relations or boundary conditions
is systematically researched and the physical properties and heat transfer
phenomenon by computer simulation and numerical analysis is revealed.
This paper is based on FLUENT6.3 of natural convection and heat transfer
model, with the exploration and understanding of the basic constitutive
relations of non-Newtonian fluid, velocity and temperature distribution
under various kinds of constitutive relations and boundary conditions is
obtained. It also analyzed different situations of non-Newtonian fluid
transport phenomena and summarized the factors of influence on the heat
transfer characteristics by comparison. Thus, the flow and heat transfer
properties of non-Newtonian fluid is explored.
