Abstract Using ZnS and ZnSe micro particles as the precursor of the reaction, sapphire as the substrate , Nitrogen gas is used as the source of transmission, high quality three element alloy ZnxSe1-xS micro-nano structurels were successfully prepared by high temperature gas phase transfer method。 Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), XRD- ray diffraction and micro - region spectrometer were used to study the crystal morphology, structure and luminescence properties of the crystal。 From the scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) images and performance analysis of the image, it can be seen that with the ZnS and ZnSe changes in the quality of the ZnxSe1-xS samples, the properties of the are different。
