Abstract This paper mainly focuses on the introduction and research of Si/PEDOT:PSS hybrid solar cells,and focuses on the introduction and use of AFORS-HET solar cell simulation software。The main research contents include the following aspects:
1。To understand the development background of hybrid solar cells,and focus on the Si/PEDOT:PSS hybrid solar cells,in-depth understanding of the working principle and the change of some conditions on the photoelectric conversion efficiency。
2。Using AFORS-HET solar cell simulation software to simulate the working temperature P-a-Si/N-a-Si hybrid solar cells, doping concentration and other parameters, and the simplified model to study the influence of Schottky cell in metal work function on the cell performance。 Conclusion: on N silicon substrate, choose hard letter to 5。4ev metal with the formation of Schottky contact。 Can achieve the best photoelectric conversion efficiency。
