摘要传感器与传感器技术是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志,是现代信息技术的大支柱之一,其水平的高低是衡量一个国家科技发展水平和现代化程度的重要标志。PVDF压电材料是迄今为止发现的压电性最好的压电材料,它具有质地柔软、厚度极薄、质量轻、灵敏度高、响应快、测量范围大、稳定性高、制作成本低、容易加工和处理、重量轻等诸多性能优点。经发现以来,诸多的研究与应用,使的PVDF传感器成为现代广泛推广应用的一种新型智能传感器。
本文利用PVDF压电薄膜优良的性能特性,利用ANSYS仿真软件进行数值仿真分析,按照PVDF传感器机械部件的尺寸要求,完成该传感器的结构设计。之后,根据PVDF传感器的设计尺寸,运用AutoCAD绘图软件进行图纸绘制,进行PVDF传感器的实物制作,并给出该PVDF传感器的制作以及装配流程。在制作完成后,运用现有的试验装置对其进行试验,通过对传感器的标定试验,得出相应的试验结果及其性能特性。最后通过对所设计传感器进行试验测试,试验分析结论基本符合设计要求,所设计的PVDF传感器可靠可用。21145

Title      Design and experimental study of PVDF-based sensor                                                
Abstract
Sensor and sensor technology is an important symbol to measure a country's comprehensive national strength, and is one of the three major pillars of the modern information technology, which is a measure of the level of an important symbol of national science and technology development level and degree of modernization. PVDF piezoelectric material is the piezoelectricity of the best organic polymer material found so far. It has the quality of a material soft, thin, light weight, high sensitivity, fast response, large measuring range, high chemical stability, low production cost, easy processing and processing, light weight, and many other performance advantages. After its discovery, since a lot of research and application, makes PVDF sensors become widely applied as a modern new smart sensor.
In this paper, by using PVDF piezoelectric film excellent performance features, using ANSYS simulation software for numerical simulation analysis, and in accordance with the dimensional requirements of PVDF sensor mechanical parts to complete the structural design of the sensor. Then, according to the design size of PVDF sensor, carry on the drawing by using AutoCAD software. PVDF sensors perform physical production, and gives the PVDF sensor and assembly process. After completion of production, using the test device of the existing carries on the experiment, through the calibration of sensors, educes the corresponding experiment result and the performance characteristics. Finally, through the testing experiment on the designed sensor, test results accord with the design requirements, the designed PVDF sensor reliably available.
