摘要像面干涉成像光谱技术是一项融光学、计算机技术、电子技术及精密机械于一体的新型探测技术。通过光谱技术和成像技术的有机结合,成像光谱技术能同时得到被测目标的高光谱和二文空间的信息,这为航天遥感、军事侦察、生物医疗等方面的研究提供了一种新手段。本文在像面干涉成像光谱技术的基础上,研究了像面干涉高光谱显微成像技术的相关原理,搭建了高光谱显微成像的实验装置,对洋葱表皮细胞和蚕豆表皮细胞进行了干涉成像实验,并对得到的干涉图进行了处理和分析,复原获得了不同谱段处的光谱图像。21578

Title The Research on Hyperspectral Imaging With Microscope
Abstract
The technology of image plane interferometric imaging as a new detection technology which is a blend of optics, computer technology, electronic technology and precision machinery . Spectral imaging technology can obtain the spectral and two-dimensional space information of the target through the combination of spectroscopy technology and imaging technology ,this provides a new method for the study of remote sensing, military reconnaissance, medical and other aspects. This paper studies the principle of hyperspectral imaging with microscope. Experimental device is set up to detect biological tissue and the experimental interferometric images are analyzed, finally we get the spectral restoration images at different wavelengths.
