摘要:随着科技的快速发展,工业器械不断改善,工业生产技术不断提高,工业生产量和生产水平也逐渐提高。同时,工业生产及工厂制造中产生的危害也越来越受到人们的重视。静电就是常见的危害之一。静电不仅给企业造成了重大的经济损失,也给国家、人民的生命财产安全带来了重大隐患。本论文运用管道装置做静电实验,通过实验对生产过程中影响静电产生的因素进行分析,发现管道压力、环境湿度、通风量、粉尘量、粉尘颗粒大小等都会对静电产生造成影响。结合实验结果,并提出相应的管理方案及防护对策。5986

Study on Analysis and Countermeasure for the Electrostatic Hazard
Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, continuous improvement of industrial equipment, industrial production technology continues to improve, industrial production and the production level also gradually improve. At the same time, harm of industrial production and factory in manufacturing has been given more and more attention. Static electricity is one of the common hazards. Static electricity is not only to the enterprise caused significant economic losses, but also to the country, the people's life and property safety brought a great hidden danger. In this paper, using the pipeline device of the static experiment, through the analysis of the experimental factors of static electricity generated during the process were found, pipeline pressure, humidity, ventilation, dust, dust particle size will have influence on the electrostatic. Combined with experimental results, and put forward the management plan and the corresponding countermeasures.
