摘要本课题研究了棱镜单色仪与光栅单色仪的结构,分析棱镜色散单色仪和光栅单色仪损坏状况并设计其文修方案,将两台单色仪修理好,并利用光谱灯对光栅单色仪和棱镜单色仪进行标定,对于最后的数据处理,采用matlab来进行曲线拟合,并比较各种不同的拟合方式的误差大小,选出最佳的插值公式。研究了光谱仪的原理,不同装配方式的光谱仪的结构,以及中阶梯光栅和平面CCD结构的光谱仪。研究了傅立叶变换光谱仪的工作原理与结构,分析了傅立叶变换光谱仪和传统光谱仪相比较的优点。7965

Title The research of prism monochromator and grating monochromator
Abstract
This paper is about prism monochromator and grating monochromator and spectrometer .After studying the structure of these instruments,the paper analyzes the degree of damage of the prism monochromator and grating monochromator .Then a plan of repairing these instruments is made and calibration of the grating monochromator and prism monochromator is carried out with the spectra of Na light after the monochromators are fixed. The final data is processed by fitting for curve with the help of the software of matlab ,also comparing the size of the fitting error,finally select the best interpolation formula. The principle of spectrometer and the different way of assembling the structure of the spectrometer is researched exceedingly the echelle spectrometer and plane CCD structure. The principle and structure of the Fourier transformation spectrometer is analyzed in the last part and the advantages of Fourier transformation spectrometer acompared to conventional spectrometer is also compared.
