摘要对辐射测温中环境辐射的影响进行了研究。经理论分析得出,环境辐射的影响不仅与被测物体表面温度有关,同时与辐射温度计的工作波长、环境温度和被测物体表面的发射率有关。分别对单色、比色测温中环境辐射的影响进行了分析比较,得出辐射测温中环境辐射可忽略时所满足的条件,从而提高了测温的准确性。根据红外热像仪测温原理得出真实温度计算公式,计算并分析了 的热像图各像素点的真实温度和相对误差,研究分析了发射率、背景环境、大气衰减和测量距离对红外热像仪测温精度的影响,提出了改进热像仪测温精度的措施。65978

Title Effects Caused by Environmental Radiation in Radiation Thermometry
Abstract
Effects caused by environmental radiation in radiation thermometry were studied. According to the theoretical analysis results, environmental radiation effects are related to not only the measured surface temperature, but also the operating wavelength of the radiation thermometer, temperature of environment, and the emission rates of the measured surface. It analyzed the effects of environmental radiation in monochrome and colorimetric temperature measurement respectively, and drew the conditions of neglecting environmental radiation in radiation thermometry, and advanced the accuracy of temperature measurement. According to the real temperature formulas based on the principle of Infrared thermal imager temperature measurement, it calculated the real temperature and the relative error of each pixel in 320×240 thermal images, analyzed the accuracy of Infrared Temperature affected by emissivity, the background environment, atmospheric attenuation and measured distance, and proposed a measurement to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement of thermal imager.
