摘要2~5μm中红外固体激光器在民用和军事领域具有广阔的应用前景。获得具有高机械性能、宽泵浦波长范围、低成本的中红外激光材料是实现宽带可调谐中红外激光输出的关键。在本论文中,我们将硫系玻璃研磨成粉末与Cr2+:ZnSe纳米粉进行混合,分别采用熔体急冷法和热压法制备了镶嵌Cr2+:ZnSe纳米晶颗粒的硫系玻璃(复合材料)。研究了不同制备温度对这种复合材料中红外发光的影响,优化了这种复合材料的制备工艺。68850

Preparation and Optical Properties of the Chalcogenide Glasses Containing Cr2+:ZnSe Nanocrystals
Abstract
2-5μm mid-infrared (MIR) solid-state lasers devices have been widely applied in military and civil fields. The crucial point to achieve tunable MIR laser output is to find MIR laser materials with good mechanical property, a wide range of pump wavelength and low cost. In this paper, chalcogenide glasses are ground into powders and mixed with Cr2+ : ZnSe nano particldes and then the chalcogenide glasses containing Cr2+:ZnSe nanocrystals (composite materials) are prepared using the mixed powers by the melt quenching technique or a hot pressing method.The effects of the perparation temperature on MIR luminescence of the composite materials are investigated and the preparation process for the composite materials is optimized.
